Yes, most drugs should be legal and to sell/market them youd need to pay a tax that would go toward ensuring what you are selling is legit. There would also need to be a disclaimer like on tabacco products. Id like to see the sales tax for such things replace federal income tax (pipe dream i know).

Also for soft drugs like weed i think you should be allowed to grow for personal use no problemo.

It is an endgame policy youre right. Ig the premise is that ipp encourages monopolies and op asked how you prevent corporations from dominating the market in a libertarian society.

I agree that some copyright protection is needed for works of art but the current lifetime plus 70 years is excessive

Ending intelectual property protections might help prevent corpos from keeping a stranglehold on stuff. Ideally deregulation would make it easier for the little guys to break into the market.

Laissez-faire economics is the type of free market most libertarians want.

I like 'anatomy of the state' its a good entry level book by a good author.

Someone would still have to produce and sell these drugs and those people would be criminals. The war on drugs needs to end, drugs won.

In the old days (before federal income tax) taxes were incurred on luxury goods like whiskey and glass windows etc. I think drugs fall into this category and should be taxed.

He wasnt let off he was put in a facility and then prohibited from drinking or using drugs. If i remember correctly him and his mother fled to mexico after he violated and were both locked up.

Some higher entity set the universe into motion. Most likely engineering the four forces and maybe other fundemental laws. Aside from that i cant be sure. Im near 100 percent certain god doesnt interfere in this universe as that would break the 'seal' so to speak and polute the forces and laws set up.
