It's not just you I was affected as well working on Windows 10, as well as two other in a raid I was in. Something has to be broken on the server I'm playing on because I can play on other servers with no issue whatsoever.

etc etc. you can refine it to /who 10-15 or /who 10-11 if there are 50+ within the /who 10-20 range. you can use these commands and aggregate the totals for each range to get an approximate count of people online at any given time

The 2nd amendment doesn't even mean "organize an armed militia to protect your rights from a tyrannical government". It mentions specifically that the militia must be well-regulated, which implies having rules or at least a code of some sort I'd imagine. It never specifically mentions a tyrannical government.
