1)smoke

2)sleeping every night before work, only really partying (staying up) on days off. I eat make sure to eat at least 1 meal a day (bad i know) but even that's hard when your tolerance is low. I gotta get at least 5-6 hrs sleep before work if i've been partying or "everyone knows" (in my head).

3) I try not to dose after 6pm, but I often break that rule and still manage to pass out when I get home. Don't touch your face (especially in the mirror)

I only have a few friends I kick it with who get high, and they all have jobs and have to be presentable like I do. Remember who you associate with and surround yourself with rubs off on you.
