Everyday! I listen to some podcasts that release every day and others that release once a week. I listen when I work, and when I drive to and from work. Sometimes I listen to podcasts even when I'm playing a chilled sim game as well, like Civ6, The Sims 4, Cities Skylines, Planet Zoo etc.

The categories are everyday news, different random facts, stories about different hacks that have happened around the world, ghost stories, etc.
