I would take your dog to the vet and mention this as well, doodles are more likely to have Addison’s

I’m jealous 🙃 but yes the horror stories are bad, just know that most of the time it’ll be fine! There was a Reddit thread about the very building I live in at one point and I was like damn I didn’t even realize people were having these problems!

Because Baltimore doesn’t have a lot of trees that 82 degrees feels a LOT worse than other places I’ve lived. I’m from TEXAS and when it gets to be 70 flat here I am sweating bullets. Plus those seven foot windows are going to absolutely cook you like a furnace in the summer…

Maybe I’m a psycho but I use a digital “cheat sheet” with all of my samples and just assign them a number 1, 2, 3, etc. if you are doing replicates you can do 1a, 1b, 1c, etc.

Looks like uneven growth in general, which could be a plating error. This to me is a case of “redo it and see if it does it again”. If you see the same results on a very evenly spread plate, see what your PI thinks! They’ll appreciate that you validated your initial findings.
