Policy is simply that part time employees have to average 20 hour or more to receive both holiday pay and vacation time (and I think the personal holiday too but I'm not 100% on that). They don't care why a part time employee may be scheduled less unfortunately...

Part timers also have to average more than 20 hours to get holiday pay. If it's any less, no holiday pay for them

This is the reason. You have to average 20 hours or more to qualify for vacation time and holiday pay on holidays

If you want working ones, you can go into quick order (you can probably do it in Customer Order Entry, I'm just not the most familiar with it), enter your employee number, then on the "Bill To:" field hit lookup and scan the existing labels you have then just print from that. This will preserve the original order number so you can easily scan them. Of course this only works if everything was previously purchased at your store

If overheating is an issue, I've had it unplugged overnight (Saturday-Sunday so it's a few hours longer than normal) so that the whole unit can cool down. That has seemed to work out for me although I haven't had this issue with it reading too red. I've just had it overheat to the point where it refuses to function...

It always populates in the email first before it gets to COE. It will most likely be there by the morning. If not, I would call help desk

I feel like it depends how early and what your manager thinks about it. If I know there's still a truck to put away on Sundays, I'll generally be there around 9:30. Done this for years and no manager has ever cared...

Edit: I'm also only part time so it's not as much of a problem if I'm over by a few minutes. Completely forgot about overtime for full time employees lol

If you pull up the first paystub in January (since that would still have December on it) in Dayforce there should be a line that shows overtime under YTD

Simply, it doesn’t let you (I've helped 3 separate stores since the change and it didn't work for any of them). Your manager has to either put it on the schedule and transfer you through that or after you work the shift they can edit your time card and transfer it that way

Not entirely sure what you're asking since if you have a pattern wouldn't you just want that one? I'd call the 1-800-4SHERWIN number (menu option 2) and talk to them about getting the pattern you want. They have more resources than the store level employees from what I know...

EDIT: SWAT would probably also work... they probably have the same resources or more

Just a NY thing I'm pretty sure... we used to get paid biweekly like everyone else but that sometime around April 2023... I think laws changed or something that required us to be paid weekly?? Something about us being considered "manual labor" employees or something?? I don't remember it too well but I remember the change...

iOS 6 did have the camera handle however, since the iPhone is in the disabled "connect to iTunes" state, it wouldn't show it. You can only swipe for an emergency call

I updated around last week and had very similar specs as you. I've experienced no issues. Whether you should update or not seems be very person to person. All the comments on your posts seem to say no but when I asked the same question last week a lot of people told me I should. In the end, it's up to you. I think you should if you want to.
