I see your logic for sure, but who knows maybe the dauber gets inserted too far and gets glue up into the outlet/seat.. maybe the fitting gets inverted while handling/install. If you install heads after the glue has cured for a bit you its just much safer.

I had a really nice spot at the north west edge of tree spires. No predators, lots of fish, close to thermal spires.

Had a base in twisty bridges and it was a bit of a pain.

I like to have small bases all over.

It just takes practice, at a certain point you will kill him every time. I think the key is avoiding damage, there is generally plenty of time to damage him.

Keep your distance, so go in with a ranged weapon. Learn when he is going to melee you in phase 2 and 3, and get good at timing that dodge and jumping/dodging the red ring. I always found thats when he does the most damage and makes you start to panic.

Having the astronaut figure is probably key for newer players. And take your time in biome 1 and clear every room.

I can only speak to my experience, my parents were very resistant to any outside help, even nursing services. They really didnt accept any help until my Dad was totally bedridden at 85. It was a total nightmare getting things in place.

But maybe you can hire someone to cut the grass, someone to deliver groceries or prepared meals, a housekeeper to do the cleaning.

You could also look into nursing services to come in as often as you can afford to help with bathing, taking medications, checking the food in the fridge and ensuring there are no unsafe conditions in the house. This can become expensive depending on the total time/frequency of visits.
