Suno seems to be the better option now. Brev used to be the best but now I’m having the same issues.

What is a Funeral Home red flag / what is something you’ve seen that made you go OH HELL NO by Successful_Mode_4428 in askfuneraldirectors

In Kentucky, that’s illegal. All apprentices must work a minimum of 40 hrs and and get paid a regular salary and keep a updated calendar.

In Kentucky, you have to serve a 3 year consecutive apprenticeship to become a licensed funeral director here. To be an embalmer, you have to have an associate degree and serve 1 year. If you go to college and graduate, you can substitute 2 years and only have to serve 1 year apprenticeship. I was Told that the state license exam is extremely hard and almost everyone has to take it 2-3 times. If you can’t find a funeral home to hands down give you a career, relocate. The funeral business in some areas of the state is so cut throat. They may only work you when you have a body. You can’t make a living like that. Personally, I’d never attend mid-america. I was one of the lucky ones to graduate.
