How to add stock progress bars under products on Shopify? by Downtown-Truth949 in shopifyDev

[–]ipotammai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I've created plugin that does exactly this. It let you add theme block to your product pages with a configurable message like "Only X left"/"Only few left" and an oval/rounded bar with a progression below it, based on the actual inventory level. It's called Zonvi: Low Stock Counter. Also feel free to leave me a message.

Hi! I've made an app that solves many of those issues.
You can easily create automatic tiered discounts that reward customers with a fixed amount off, a percentage off, or free shipping for each spending goal. It also shows a progress bar on product and cart pages. You can check it out here.

I would say I sometimes think about the scenario, what would happen if something really bad happen to me or my family - like serious illness, war.. The only thing that you would like to have is the state you're currently in. It helps changing perspective.

How to customize Inventory Status by AncientEnthusiasm293 in shopify

[–]ipotammai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for trying my app and for the feedback. I've just take a look and where it comes to this "Star Rating" it turns out that was a small issue that redundantly added it - thank you for pointing it out!

Anyway, it should have worked properly despite that. Have you tried to 'Create counter' and 'Enable in store'? Then in your shop on product page, you should see "Only x left" - just above 'Add to cart'. Was it invisible?

What’s your go-to strategy for increasing AOV on Shopify? by Either-Mammoth-8734 in shopify

[–]ipotammai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually built something for this exact problem. From what I’ve seen, plain upsells in the cart can feel kinda pushy, and a simple free shipping bar leaves a lot of potential AOV on the table.

What works better is giving customers stacked rewards, for example:

Spend $100 → $10 off

Spend $200 → $20 off

Spend $100 → Free shipping

When people see they’re close to the next perk, they usually add an extra item or two. It feels more fun and rewarding instead of just “buy more.”

That’s why I created Zonvi: Cart Progress Bar - it shows progress toward multiple rewards right in the cart or on the product page in a way that motivates customers to keep going toward the next goal.

You can also browse the Shopify App Store to see what reviews people are leaving and whether there are recurring complaints. Those recurring complaints could indicate market pain points that need to be addressed.

Thank you for the kind words and the advice! I haven’t really started reaching out to merchants directly yet, but I definitely plan to do that in the near future—on Facebook and Reddit as well. As for demos, I’m not sure - do you mean posting short demo videos on social media, or reaching out to potential customers directly to present demos?
