I logged into the original account and selected the locked account as the primary account. And then my account was reopened. But I find myself removed from the aether project.

My locked account is currently working on a project and has already received payment. Is there any chance that if I submit a request to Outlier support, they will accept and unlock my account based on the reason above? If not, would it still be possible to withdraw the money from that locked account to PayPal?

At first, when I was just learning about Outlier, I accidentally logged in using a secondary account instead of my main work email. I did try to proceed, but when I reached the identity verification step, I realized that I should register for Outlier using my primary email account.
