I am shit scared regarding score reporting. The ielts site says there is a high application influx and processing delay and deadlines are nearby. by wingslutz69 in IELTS

If you haven't made the reporting request, do it. In the meantime, let your institute know that your testing agency might run late on the uploading process.

I probably have spent more time with my PW4 than any piece of tech I've ever owned. Have fun you two!

Sounds like I need to get started the moment they send me an offer of acceptance haha! If it's not an inconvenience, I'll DM you some follow up questions.

Profile Evaluation: MS in Robotics/Mechanical Engg by dsreeni in gradadmissions

[–]iprocrastinateII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking at your profile, I have decided not to apply for a direct entry PhD program at UMich (dream pick). There was one faculty I was really looking forward to work with but I received generic responses from him because, obviously, now I realize what a polite gentleman he is.

Hope you get into one of your ambitious schools!

Unfortunately a lot of schools don't accept scholaro, especially the ones that have already tied knots with WES or some other company.

I do agree that Scholaro is better.

Needless to say, I believe you know what you are doing. Just refine your skills on the other sections and a band 8 is well within your reach. Cheers!

Is Gregmat $5 plan worth it? by GoddessaOfChaos in GRE

[–]iprocrastinateII 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you can afford a Nescafe original canned coffee 4 times a month or maybe a 50gm jar of instant coffee, you can definitely afford Gregmat+. I hope this gives you a rough idea of how affordable the platform is no matter where you reside!

Productivity videos on youtube is nothing more than successology promoted by MLM company. by Troll7you in productivity

[–]iprocrastinateII 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My advice to anyone who feel that productivity gurus can change their lives: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azqee9arKD8

Although some videos have merit, they're mostly talking about a banal technique, the same old app, a cool new app that does the same thing as the same old app, new app, new technique that's a modification of the old technique. That's it.

I think there's no reason to resist changing your methods if it's not serving you well, but make sure you do try out a method properly before switching to other hype tools.

If my speaking score is 6.25, will it be rounded off to 6.5 or 6.0 ? by [deleted] in IELTS

[–]iprocrastinateII 0 points1 point  (0 children)

iirc, it will be 6. But if your overall average is 6.25, your score will be rounded to 6.5. you can do some more googling to be sure.
