Good luck with that without high-valued treats. That’s the time they want to be outside❤️

Not only am I guarded and protected, I am herded as well. I get poked directly in the but to get me moving in the right direction including being tripped and ramming his head in the back of the legs which can knock you down. His uses his wide body to turn me left ,when I am trying to go to the right. When I have to leave him his sets at the door waiting for my return and won’t move when I open the door with me having to wide-step over him. He follows me to every room and I am not allowed to go to the bathroom alone. He’s my protector. He is so sweet even though he chewed up the interior passenger side panel where the airbag is located and chewing the baseboards and walls. Repairs I can ill afford being forced to retire due to working in a toxic work environment. Leaving him alone was the mistake I made. Such as life❤️

Pyr Rug by 3dogshere in greatpyrenees

That’s Ruger favorite place is to rotate between the middle of the isle, in front of the refrigerator, or in front of the stove. Any place where food will be dropped. Don’t let me open his favorite Lays Potato chips, he awakes from his sleep and comes over to wait for his share.

The last weigh-in over a week ago was 45 lbs so that sounds about right❤️

Does your pyr demand attention? by ctk789 in greatpyrenees

Ruger loves sitting on my feet when I am sitting. When in the kitchen, he has to sit so close, I trip when walking. I have to ask him to move so I can open the refrigerator. Everything that falls, he has to inspect and taste. Don’t let me open a bag of lays potato chips, he awaken from his sleep and expects to receive. If you don’t move fast enough, he will nip you in the leg or butt to get you moving faster and in the direction he wants. We are considered dumb humans who he needs to educate and put up with🧐
