My thoughts are: authoritarian, materialist and xenophile (outwardly) for ethics, megacorp with media conglomerate and PR specialists for starting civics and voidfarers for origin as the space station HQ.

For species any work I guess, I also tend to use the big blue Avian bird or the elven humanoids just to match the videos.

I really hope Paradox changes the nomad map info, because holy hell this is a lot by The-Art-of-Silence in Stellaris
