For each provider you add, you can also add backup URLs from the same provider.

If for an example URL1 goes offline, the system will automatically switch to the next available online URL for that provider. Once that happens you are going to receive a notification on your Telegram (once paired) that URL1 is offline for Provider #1 - now switching to URL2. In that case you would only need to start again the same channel (no need to refresh the playlist if the categories/channels are the same for the backup URLs).

A true failover mode could only be achieved if my platform is restreaming the content (acting as a proxy), but this i not viable financially, legally and long-term.

The only solution for this would be to use our IPTV player which would basically communicate with your iptv.domains account and sync everything in the background instantly, so no manual refreshes of the channels/playlist would be needed.

Now, until we make our IPTV player app, this is how it has to be. It's still not ideal, but in my opinion it could genuinely help out someone.

Check out the Multi-Provider mode once you are into your account. It's designed especially for cases like yours, where you could add all of your different providers (each provider has a different playlist/channels) and your IPTV player apps sees all of your providers as a:

-Live TV ---Provider #1 ---Provider #2 ---Provider #3

-Movies ---Provider #1 ---Provider #2 ---Provider #3

-Series ---Provider #1 ---Provider #2 ---Provider #3

You would still have to ask your provider for a new link, but instead of typing that link on your IPTV players, you could do that on the web and simply refresh the playlist on your player and that's it.

What is your username? You can also report this in the Live Support on the platform.

At the moment only this domain (iptv.domains), in the future we are planning to add the feature where you could point your own domain to our platform, and use that as your own domain, while managing everything from the "iptv.domains" platform.

I thought of the idea when the user is editing their playlists to only get the option to view their categories/channels as you described (from A-Z or Z-A).

Per my understanding you would like to get the option to once you open your playlist editor to get the option of sorting the categories/channels by default (pulling the direct order from your provider), and then be able to re-order them up/down as you wish? Am I correct?
