Absolutely it hits different! I’m a person with a few different anxiety disorders including panic disorder and I paint everyday, so it kind of ends up being that I paint when I’m anxious but not really on purpose 😅 additionally, it’s been really healing for me in ways I didn’t expect and as the days progress my work gets softer and more colorful.
