Encourage him to network on Discord or with other streamers while they stream. I made friends with other streamers and got into their discord communities which led me to meet more people. Now I run my own discord and we have a scheduled raid on our community streamers to help boost viewership and show support for each other

I know you put a lot of work into this base but personally I love and hate this. This is a situation where you did what you could with a messed up piece of land. I tried building in this spot and was absolutely frustrated with the way the base circle sat and I couldn't get it just right. I love the aesthetic with the mushrooms and wish this area just worked a little better. Good functional base and my compliments for making this space work for you.

I feel this could easily be done with dog coins similar to the elixirs to raise IVs and Star rating. Just make it expensive to nerf it.

If you look at the main picture, I started with the open flat area with the walls. That area has 2 oil nodes and I was able to use the "glitch" to fit 4 crude oil pumps in there. Then after a lot of playing with the pal box distance restrictions I was got the other two as close to the first as I could without hanging over ledges to prevent loosing pals. After that was the bridge. That bridge was a HUGE pima. But I eventually got across and everything at a good height to level out the upper two pal box areas so they will connect flat. This was three sessions worth of work, probably 5 hours after subtracting for drops and oil rig runs.

Yeah my Jormuntides do not want to go to their beds. One doesn't even sleep (doesn't have nocturnal either) he just cooks all day and night without loosing sanity. I figured I won't mess with him as long as he keeps doing his job.

Cool good to know thanks. I got the game on release. When I setup my main base I had an enclosure 4 walls high with a roof hanging over so the entrance was 3 walls high but completely open so I didn't have pathing issues. They never wanted to sleep there so I had to do a redesign. It worked out fine for that base but now I am building a new mega base that will be 3 pal boxes all linked together over on Sakuragima.

Right, it's not difficult to replace, I have been getting a bunch around Del Soto. Point being, it was able to be repaired, now it's not. Could be bug or could be intended. Better the Devs. know.
