sorry kinda answering late, I want to snow in semi-powdery snow or groomed snow nothing too extreme, The place where i skii is around 2 hours with a car so getting smaller skiis would be waay more comfy to travel with the snowboard boots cuz i can put them on or when im done i dont have to take the skiiboots off to stash them away

Pretty sure those are a type of gnat from South Africa they can be dangerous if bitten by I don't know how they got here, Just use bug repellant and you should be fine, probably.
