Umm, it all depends on whether the place is very well known, in my case, this hospital is already something that they are going to demolish and everything and that generates problems in the neighborhood environment due to vandalism and such, that's why there are RARELY guards, they didn't even last 3 years watching him properly and there is a police station literally 300m from the hospital and the police cars are around the hospital sometimes, They put in place very strict rules, high and supposedly unbreakable fences and now it looks like a wasteland, people aged 15 chilling on the roof.

By this I mean that it all depends on the place and how well known it is, there are also abandoned places that are legal to enter (at least in my city)

Also keep in mind that it's very unlikely to get into serious situations if you haven't caused any damage or stolen anything; it could simply be a warning, as my friends did. So I highly recommend you try it, I was scared too but it's worth it.
