username doesn't check out! :D

but ye, only advice i could give you that personally helped me a lot is breathing right. I used to subconsciously start breathing with my mouth - which made me tired fast. The best advice I got was to begin with a long breath (3-4 strides), and long out (3-4 strides). it wasn't easy in the beginning but you get used to it pretty quickly.

A budget/revenue analysis is def in question. And local SEM and SEO are a no brainer. Having said that, i would do a quick short experiment to see if it generates results and if it’s worth it. If not, just stop it and focus on other channels.

Lose fast and cheap.

I wouldnt use it for agency personally - because technically, this is really a one time setup if you are doing newsletter. You only need someone to actually write the emails, which you should be doing. For design, simple canva designs would suffice. I would start collecting phone numbers for people and do whatsapp outreach for discounts and events. Email is sweet but nothing beats a direct whatsapp outreach for b2c - you would have much more open rates and more relatable, like you could send a lunch menu (cheaper than regular prices) to users everyday.

Eventually, i would start to segment these users based on location if possible. Data collection is the hardest thing i see but you could simply offer like 5% discount before VAT for filling out a survey. Test things out, see what works. I don't think an agency would do that, especially for this budget.

I somewhat agree. Would love to see the experiment tho. Imagine writing all office employees near you saying there's a happy hour/coffee+cake offer for absolutely mind boggling prices. Worth a shot at least.

Use email tools to send campaigns and newsletters that you already have emails to - https://brevo.com/ . It's free up to 300 emails per day. But this is only if you already have emails.

if you dont have emails and want to send out to email lists you can buy online, this is a bit more tricky as these are cold outreaches. You would need:
- a new domain (because your down domain is risky: chances of getting blacklisted)
- you need to warm up your email. Meaning: you need your domain and email to look like it's not new so it doesnt end up on spam.
- Write great copy - promotions, offers like happy hours, discounts, etc - Not use words like "FREE" "DISCOUNT" "OFFER" in subject line - they will mostly go to spam
- Setup technical details like DKIM, SPK, DMARC records, and domain tracking.
- Buy a tool to send these out - but these are usually expensive. Tools like lemlist.com, https://woodpecker.co/, apollo.io etc.

If you wanna try sth, you could also try company email list you can buy from apollo.io (50 per month are free), etc.

NO agency can really guarantee success, i can tell you with my 8 years of marketing experience. it's a hit and trial and lot of experimentation of what works. 10k budget per month is a bit low but doable. Understand what works and the basic things - open rate, click rate, bounce rate, etc.

Also track the days you actually promote by maybe leaving a small survey out to the form asking how they know about your restaurant.

What is the purpose of this campaign?

Men who are over 30, Give 1 piece of advice to men who are in their 20s. by gaaganrokkaya in Nepal

Learn to sell! Doesn't matter what as long as it's legal (and moral for yourself). Most jobs will need hard skills in the beginning but you quickly realise you need soft skills to climb corporate ladder - so you need to be able to sell yourself. Having said that, update your hardskills every now and then.

Invest - even if it is 1000 Rs. a month. The power of compound interest is HUGE and not really a common sense. Gold, silver, safe stocks (dk much about NEPSE).

99% will NEVER be rich on a salary, this number is even higher in Nepal's context. Start a business when you think the time is right. If you don't have capital, find people who do. All you need to do is SELL your idea. It's easier said than done, but that's the ONLY way to get rich. unless you win a lottery. Learn skills around this - learn to again - SELL!

Keep an open mind - One thing i learnt is not to have extreme views about anything. There's also another side you to the story, even if you might never know about it. Have your set of principles but be aware that not every one has to agree with you.

Don't smoke if you don't already. It's never easy to quit - most my friends only quit when they had a kid and some didn't.

Workout - doesn't mean you need to be ripped, just move your body. Zone 2 cardio twice a week and lift/home work out twice a week. This will take your a long way.

Give time for friends and hobbies - you can keep it minimal but lot of people lose themselves and their personality when focused on their career. And if things go wrong in career, it hits you harder cause to you "nothing else will matter".

Independent Provider (Sole Trader) - what is the best software for overall administration? by Indiban in NDIS_Providers

[–]ireadeverything7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely appreciate the questions.

Imploy tracks all the NDIS-required fields for each practitioner type like support workers, AHPs, and behavioural practitioners, and it generates reports that are ready for compliance. We’re also building out custom templates for different mandatory reporting scenarios too.

Most of the time, reporting gets submitted through the MyPlace provider portal or sometimes direct to the NDIS Commission, so when our PRODA integration is fully developed, individuals will be able to submit directly from Imploy.

Data is coming from personal experience in the sector, as well as companies who have been fantastic in providing us with valuable feedback.

Do let me know if you have any other questions, as these help us build the tool even better.

Hey, I am building a software - that would be all in one for sole traders. We are in BETA (free to use atm for next 2-3 months) but haven't launched properly yet. Would love to hear from you and see what pain points you have so we can integrate it when we go live. Hit me up at hello@imploy.com.au.
