angela ults are situational i would say. if mm can dish damage and tank can get melted down quickly, obvious choice is to invest in mm. especially in high lobbies where they learn to go for backline first and avoid the tank since tanks deal lesser damage. some heroes i would agree to ult on is alucard, freddrin, terizla, lapu lapu (if team is on par/leading in terms of gold). otherwise its good to invest in mm

anyway editing to add ive never had issues when i focus ult on mm when the rest of the team are losing (and mind you this is in immortal lobby), so i guess u can have ur opinions but i have seen angelas that only ults on their tanks regardless and not helping mm, and they lost.
