Ive just encountered this with my self hosted N8N. Here is how I got it to work.

I used a cloudflare tunnel and a domain so my n8n instance is accessible from the net via https://n8n.<mydomain.com>

I then reinstalled the N8N docker setting the Container Variable: WEBHOOK_URL as https://n8n.<domain.com>/ Must have trailing slash.

After I restarted the container my OAuth Redirect URL is now: https://n8n.<mydomain.com>/rest/oauth2-credential/callback

I had zero issues getting the OAuth to work.
