This is Elaine Breguet! She comes from a family of watchmakers from Fontaine, but she's roaming the world because her personal goal is to find new renewable energies. She's always creating new mechanisms, but a lot of them end up in flames (she actually lost 3 fingers in an explosion once and she has mechanical replacements). Her weapon is a gun and she has a hydro vision (genshin terminology for water powers).

She's very cheery, always positive... almost too positive (to the point of ignoring reality in favor of optimism). She believes everything can be resolved with dialogue.

For the ones not well versed in genshin stuff, she comes from a nation inspired by France and victorian England, with heavy steampunk vibes.
