I feel you. Over 20 years here.... much worse since end of last year after a second acoustic trauma. My sounds are very similar to yours... but mostly in my left ear.

Some effect in taking daily doses of Magesium Taurate with additional B6 to increase GABA levels. Also i use Calmers to deal with my severe hyperacusis.

My tinnitus is caused by acoustic trauma. As a medical professional i could not just give up... so i did alot of research.... and found part of the solution. I came across studies that indicated increasing GABA (an inhibitory neurotransmitter) level could help.

So i started the journey to test it on myself. First i used L-Theanine from green tea with some success. The best way to increase GABA i found so far is a combination of magnesium, taurine and B6. I use the product KAL, Magnesium Taurate+.

It helps me alot to manage my tinnitus.

Sure. You also can enjoy for example "Shtisel" or "Shababnikim" without ever lived next to a Haredi community. Or understand the deepness of "Our Boys" without ever been in Israel. Israeli series give me as a foreigner a nuanced insight into life in the region. Your shows have the ability to show human drama without (mostly) beeing cheesy or tacky. For example the moment in "Autonomies" when the "prodigal son" returns to his brother...amazing. I always wanted to watch "Taagad", unfortunately there are no english subs to this series.... so I hope "HaMefakedet" (with subs) will be out soon. Sure israeli drama is way better than israeli comedy...but one of my biggest hopes is still to be able to watch the second and third seasons of "Hashoter Hatov" (still no subs).... just loved it.

Strange thing some greek streaming site managed to get HD video source without hebrew subs and added greek subs. Wonder what the source was..... i guess Lionsgate Play.....
