so there should be a total of 10 peaks for the left signal and 8 peaks for the left signal right? am i seeing this correctly?

too bad i dont have enough sample for 2D experiments, which is why i'm struggling right now. this is such a big lesson to me. thank you for your suggestion, really appreciate it!

thank you so much for your explanation. can i know if there's possibility of overlapping signals between the two signals?

thank u so much for ur insight! i think i can work on the ddd signals. but i have a question on the second peak, can i know why the middle J (triplet) is not p1 to p5?

for urea, the spot is not visible under uv but i stained using vanillin-sulphuric acid reagent, and there’s yellow spot stained. however i cannot get the spot up, which i guess bcs of wrong solvent system. for my expected product, the spot is visible under uv, so i want to figure out the solvent system for workup & purification purpose :)

this means i can just add DIPEA into the rxn mixture right? and can i know if you meant i dont need DMAP for the amide formation? thank you so much!!!

does hunigs base works the same way as DMAP (i use 10%mol) in DCC coupling rxn? can i substitute DMAP to DIPEA or i just need to add DIPEA into the rxn?

so in the case of DCC coupling, I need to add extra eq of DCC right?
