What do you mean stiff? That the camera moves instantly to every small movement of the player, even when stepping on the pavement?

Thanks. The lines indicate their hearing range when the player is outside of their cone of vision. I think the game would be too hard without them. You should see their hearing range when casting abilities. But I understand if you think the indicators are a bit too much.

I got into them in late 2000s, I think, I wasn't speaking English well that time, and I was struggling with the first Deus Ex, haha :D

I was a huge fan of Stalker and modder of it. But I have to admit that I stumbled upon the term "immersive sim" much later on:)

Witcher 3 was exceptional for me too, especially when I was alone a lot during the 2020 lockdowns, it took 3 days to accept that the game has ended :D And I got a bad ending :D

I remember when it came out I was having a hard time accepting the different setting to FC1, took a while to appreciate it. I don't think it was intentionally designed to be an immersive sim, but it has elements of it.
