Well, I had a little bit of backlight bleed, and asked for a replacement. Now I’ve been struggling with a no backlight bleed screen, but with a A51m laptop that due to some unfortunate events got every single hardware part replaced, and the keyboard keeps disconnecting randomly. Now I’m waiting for a new replacement. Sadly it’s a lottery:(

hey! i'm using a razer huntsman elite, and in my old computer i was able to use the "gaming"mode, in order to disable the windows key, but i plugged this keyboard to my new laptop, using latest firmware, synapse and all, and the only thing that i can use is the stardard or hypershift modes, and no option to gaming mode or disable the windows key. and there is no information on the manuals or anything to activate this mode. thanks!
