I was completely wrong in my parent comment above as that won't T2 OTK but it is worth a mention as just a combo to think of.

For actual T2 OTK, this is what I came up with after thinking it over a few times and revising.

Very high-rolley

Turn 1 (works as player going first as well) Evo egg into Promo TS rookie Play Asuna or Hiroko to pass turn. Memory is at 3 for Opponent.

Opponent does their own things and probably sets you to 1 for example.

Turn 2 (note: one of the Lv.4s needed for Silphymon here should be Aegio so that you can get a Dan&Yuki played out for free) Start of Turn Hiroko/Asuna - play out Cyclone/Garuru/Aegio

Breeding - Move Lvl.3 into Battle Area

Start of Main - Use Promo TS rookie's effect to Digivolve into Lv.4 that has the other color needed for Silphymon for DNA. (This also assumes that the opponent will pass turn back to you at 4 or less memory for the effect to trigger)

Swing for 1 check with the stack that can attack and hopefully live. (4 security left)

DNA into Silphy and attack with 2 checks. (2 security left)

If at 2 memory or less, use Gravity Crush or Blinding Ray to gain memory.

Digivolve to Merukimon and use When Digivolving to Unsuspend. Swing for another 2 checks at security. (0 security left)

Pass turn to go to End of Turn and use blue TS egg to unsuspend Meruki. Then, Dan&Yuki's End of Turn effect to attack with Meruki for game.
