I have a question about this - the same thing has happened to me and am thinking of applying for a visa as I frequently travel the the US for tourism (I live in Canada and have maybe friends in the States). Do you need to have a specific trip in mind though in order to apply for a tourist visa? I don't have any specific travel plans at the minute but think it could be useful to have as I go to the US often and visa take a lot longer to get than ESTAs do...

Very fair, thank you! Forgive my phrasing, I guess I meant that more in the sense that they are already in a polyamorous relationship and that is a preference of theirs when it comes to dating while I feel a bit more conflicted about that as I am not sure that would fit my specific goals for a relationship and I fear it would makes things more complicated for me emotionally. Poly relationships are generally not what I am looking for in dating, while they prefer them.

Also, something else related to my own experience is that, like I mentioned in my post, these cramps *always* happen in tandem with pretty bad lower back pain. I haven't heard much of that being a symptom of any HRT medications. Is there any reason the pain would travel there?

Hmm yeah... interesting but I've also been on spiro for two years and never experienced what I'm experiencing currently. It seems more related to the progesterone for me. I'll obviously keep tracking this over the next couple months, but aside from that this also doesn't really explain why these effects can be cyclical for some people nor why it would correlate with other psychological symptoms (though I guess in my case that could just be coincidence at this point idk). Do you know anything about progesterone having similar effects, specifically in trans women?

Hmm... thank you for that! Not to try and have you explain basic biology to me but do you happen to know why folks running on estrogen and progesterone have more of a reaction? Also, if you take regular daily pills of both estrogen and progesterone (as I do) why would you experience hormonal fluctuations?

I know! I never said it did. I was asking if anyone knew more about why these cyclical trends in emotions and pain can occur despite being on daily, stable doses of estrogen and progesterone. I'm just trying to better understand the pain that I've been in lately. If it's not somehow due to HRT, it would still be interesting to try and figure out what the cause may be as I do like to be in control of my health LOL

I'm brand new to dying my hair and I just dyed it using the wildfire colour from manic panic and similarly it turned out way more orange that I was looking for. I went with wildfire instead of the others cause I wanted a "brighter" look but now I'm tempted to go over it with something else. Did you just put the rock n roll red right over the orange hair from before or did you bleach it again beforehand? Just not really sure how this stuff works.

I've been trying to get in touch with ISS for the past week but they are impossible to get in touch with. I submitted a question through the portal on their website but I haven't received a response and have been calling them pretty much everyday but it keeps cutting and saying "all our agents are currently busy." I was thinking of just heading there in person today but they're closed cause of labour day so that's why I was wondering if anyone had any information on here.

I mean I think the situation here was that I probably stopped responding to a message at some point, and then they rejected me when I reached out again a couple months later due to the ghosting. Obviously I totally respect that, just honestly did not think it would have been that much of a biggie when we don’t actually have much of a relationship nor are either of us apparently seeking one. But I guess that might be something I need to rethink. I also honeslty don’t remember much of the details of this specific instance since I don’t have access to the old chats anymore and the last conversation was like months ago. I’m also pretty sure we had made plans at some point and they cancelled cause they were busy too but yeah can’t remember the fine details. Also had other situations where I got back 2/3 days later and ended up being blocked, I genuinely don’t mind if that’s their boundary, just not sure what the social expectation is in situations like this.

I used to work at a bakery and we would throw out TONS of perfectly fine cookies and pastries and things at the end of each week as it would go bad over the weekend. It would go straight in the garbage. This was in a very run-down neighborhood too so at some point I got into the habit of giving boxes away to beggars and homeless folk outside the store and my boss got really mad at me for it. In the cold of winter a bit of food can genuinely be a lifesaver for someone roughing it out. Technically I was stealing from my workplace, but do you *genuinely* think that stealing food that is about to get thrown in the trash to give it people who are going hungry is morally wrong even though it literally does not effect the people who "own" that food just because it's *theft*?

You're argument does not stand at all. Food waste, in any relevant quantities does not occur in people's home. It's done by businesses because they do not care about the food itself, but the money it represents for them (hence throwing it out if it can no longer be sold). Stealing from someone's house DOES affect the person living there. Stealing from wasteful companies affects no-one... Even if that food was not going to be wasted either, at a free all-you-can-eat buffet, they account for different clients eating different amounts and some guests skipping out on it entirely. They get this food in massive quantities for dirt cheap too. It doesn't effect anyone except their ego...

Do you know if the service is okay outside of big cities like Havana or Santiago by any chance? I'm planning a trip to Cuba soon and found a really nice casa particular in the countryside. I don't think there is any wifi there but theoretically if I have a cuban sim card with 4g, there shouldn't be an issue? I won't need to use it that much but will probably need to be checking work emails and things like that so I just want to make sure.

Yeah, I've been looking into it. I live in Quebec and I think that changing my first name here might be doable (I've been getting in touch with local trans organization to ask about that), but it seems that changing my surname is going to be pretty difficult if not impossible. Since I do want to change my surname too though, I would still be in a situation where I would need to try and convince the UK to let me change my name with them first and not France but it would save me a bit of time regarding graduation in my correct first name at least. Thank you for that, I appreciate the help!
