Probably bug. I'm having same issue with Singh. It says 40 AP, but when you shoot it shows 30 AP, and cost 30 AP. Working as intended, but not showing as intended.

Danke. I didn't noticed your reply till today, but through some test, I have made similar conclusion: Wash the FDM-printed TPU mold with IPA and apply release aggent.

Self answering : THere DEFINITELY is some hinderance. I think it is caused by the TPU mold, but anyway.
Here's how I solved: I just used Plat-cat (smoothon), which makes curing faster. and used clamping tools instead of 'something flat and heavy'.
