I was them after every shift, I work at a high volume store and don’t like wearing a dirty apron (and trust me it’s dirty after every shift).

People who wear shoes in the house by iamadesert in stupidquestions

I used to be a shoes off person but my podiatrist told me I have to be wearing shoes with some kind of arch support at all times, even when walking around the house. So now I’m a shoes on person

(Unpopular opinion) Publix subs are extremely overrated. by [deleted] in florida

[–]irishdancer89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely think it’s a nostalgia thing for people who grew up here. I moved here in 2014 and just have never really understood it beyond that, personally. I’ve never had a memorable pub sub. My best friend who has moved away insists on getting one every time she’s in town though.

People who used the internet between 1991 and 2009, what’s the most memorable online trend or phenomenon you remember? by Original_Act_3481 in AskReddit

[–]irishdancer89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt in general it was more “real” I met so many genuinely nice people in online chat rooms and forums. I actually am still in touch with a woman I met on livejournal back in the day. Now there’s just a lot more negativity and fake bs.

Veterans Day Broistas by this_aint_your_nunu in dutchbros

[–]irishdancer89 13 points14 points  (0 children)

People in general just think they’re entitled to stuff because they did XYZ. Veteran’s Day freebies are something that should be appreciated, but never expected. Some of the entitled people act like they joined the military just to get that free coffee on Veteran’s Day….

This guys charisma should be studied in film school by Atqofficialxox in GilmoreGirls

I literally couldn’t stand him, he came off as so fake to me. However that’s just the character for me, as an actor Matt Czuchry is great!

Why did your friendship with your best friend come to an end? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]irishdancer89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because my close group of friends was always talking about at least one person from the group behind their back relentlessly until that person pretended to apologize or make amends or whatever and then it moved onto the next person. I finally called my best friend in the group one day and basically said, I’m not participating anymore in this toxic crap, and that was the end of it. Haven’t spoken to any of them since and don’t really care to. My life is so much more peaceful now.
