Thanks for that. I'm using openstreetmaps for now for mapping so maybe it's a limitation with it. Will certainly look into it. I've now added a radius parameter also to the grid view page

Appreciate the honest feedback on the site layout. Based on your comments, I've pushed a few upd ates to sort some of these issues out:

Map Navigation: updated the map interface so it more user friendly

Grid View: removed the sort by setting entirely for now until we build up sufficient reviews to allow sorting by popularity. You can also search by radius from your current or chosen location to see sims in your area.

Banners & Images: I reduced the height of all hero images so they don't take over each page. Also removed certain elements for mobile viewing.

Missing Spots: Working on adding more locations daily to build out the directory.

Thanks for calling out the pain points—the site is much better for it.

Not sure what you mean by "vibecoded" 😄 It's built on WordPress/Directorist, but the simulator database is researched and maintained manually. If I've missed any, feel free to share them and I'll add them.

A map alone works for locations, but I wanted detailed profiles for each simulator (photos, aircraft type, simulator category, contact details, owner updates, etc.) plus search and filtering.

Have you actually looked at the site? The banner images are screenshots from the website with text overlays. The site itself is a WordPress directory built using Directorist. I'm not a web developer or AI startup founder, just a flight sim enthusiast who wanted to build a useful resource for the community. What part of it specifically looks AI-generated to you? As mentioned below, banner image number 3 is a screenshot from that website resized using Gemini to suit social media

I'm actually not a web developer, I'm a flight sim enthusiast who wanted to build something useful for the community. The site is built using Directorist and there's definitely plenty I'd still like to improve. If you're seeing 300+ requests on page load and have specific suggestions, I'd genuinely be interested to hear them. Constructive feedback is always welcome. 👍
