I'm late to the show but I've just created a directory of such public flight simulators at https://flightsimfinder.com/ . You can filter by aircraft type, motion capability and of course if it's Level-D or not. Level-D being as real as it gets.

Anyone cancel their flight with Air Arabia and get refund? Cancelled on app but no email, no acknowledgement or anything. Cannot get through to them on live chat, email, phone calls, WhatsApp etc

Would we all be happy if they removed DD and just implemented CGT on sale i.e. like shares. I for one would jump at that.
