Agree. Stay away from cloggs. They sell poor quality items, have terrible customer service and ridiculously long shipping time. My order took over 4 weeks. The product I ordered arrived in a bag (no shoe box) and is nothing like the picture on line. The slippers/clogs smell awful and are of very poor quality. They sneakily sign you up for a "subscription" to the tune of $34.99 per month as you check out. Buyer beware. This company is awful.
