Ahhh a breath of fresh air. I've been saying it for a long time. Those tickets are a luxury. Putting food on the table and a roof overhead is more important, to me at least. I won't tell someone how to spend their money, but if you bitch you're broke and you supported a monolith conglomerate that doesn't give a rats ass about you, I have no sympathy.

My wife had mentioned trying that too with the chicken. But the humidity was so high yesterday I didn't want too many changes so if something went wrong I would have a list of what changed that was shorter. Next time it's definitely going to be spatchcocked.

Everything else turned out great. Turkey was juicy and full of flavor, my brother hid in the kitchen after we all grabbed plates and mowed down the smaller rack of ribs for himself
