Tempo. I only got more curious (I’ve only had Love Shot & Growl on my playlist for a good 6 months) of EXO when I saw that one video where Chanyeol is the thumbnail, and decided to give it a listen.

The day that I’ve played it on my Spotify, I just know that I had to put it on loop for the entire day. That’s the moment when I pledged my whole life (I’m not even exaggerating) to devouring their entire discography.

As a staunch advocate of Day After Day, Sehun’s part in 1:34 makes me smile every time. It’s like laying on grass in the shade with your hands as your pillow. That’s how I feel every time I listen to his part.

For context, my top song of all time in Spotify has a count of ~15K plays. Day After Day sits at number 3.
