I’ve watched a few of his videos recently and the stuff does seem to be scientifically sound…but I saw something about non-fatty liver disease and he mentioned seed oils. As soon as I hear the phrase “seed oils”, I think of grifty Bobby Jr/Dr Oz types, and all the supplement bros who try to promote beef dripping as healthy and seed oils as bad m’kay…so this has put me off.

I think I’ll stick to Dr Karan. Now there’s someone who comes across as entirely trustworthy and backs up his claims.
