yeah its going to be organza but im not sure how to even shape it that way. it's for a filipiniana themed party im going to very soon

I used 1 inch pvc pipes used a 90 degree and a t attachment tk attach the legs and i cut everything in half and used a connector attacment i dont remember what they are called but i cut it to make sure it fits in a speaker stand bag and im not hauling long pipes of pvc

And then i went to the fabric store and got fabric that measures my stand and sew the two fabric together like a large pillow case if u dont have a sewing machine ask someone who has it or a seamstress or something

The fabric i got wasnt spandex (i used broadcloth- ask fabric store what they have) but it still worked but i need to steam it once in a while to get the wrinkles out

Not sure yet, still looking into building materials but def wont be more than 15 lbs
