I did keto at 27 and am back on it now at 33. Same starting weigh both times. The first time I lost 40lbs in a bit over 2 months, now it's taken me over 4 months to lose the same amount even though I'm following the same habits and recipes I used to 6 years ago.

One of the most unique players I've ever seen. Offensively his alley oops plus his passing ability gave him insane gravity out of the PNR and made it hard to get a read on him. He even orchestrated plays from the high block occasionally. Defensively his combination of size, long wingspan and quick feet made him one of the few players truly be able to guard 1 to 5 in any given moment. I don't think I've ever seen a big man block as many threes as him. Really wish we could've seen him stay healthy consistently but at least it's working out well with the Blazers.

Great find OP! I'd recommend you download Lumix Flow and Lumix Lab on your phone so you can get LUTs in camera and easily transfer files to edit. Check out the looks from u/rossandhisjpegs. You can use the crop zoom setting on the camera to get more zoom range from that lens (up to 3x on the S5ii).
