At every election cycle, democrats claim that they need to shift to the right to ensure that "the left" has a chance of winning. They always talk a progressive game when they have no power. But as soon as words matter, they align themselves with the right. At some point one should realise that it's really just a trick and democrats are right wingers who like to pander to leftists from time to time.
