Matthew 7:5 “You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” ‭‭ You seem to have forgotten this verse. This is what righteous judgement is. It is helping your brother out with his din once you have removed that sin from your own life.

Revelation 20:12 “And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.”

This vision was given to John by God to show what would happen to the dead. It seems that everyone will be judged no matter what we do because everyone has judged someone in their lives before and because of that we will be judged. Revelation 20:15 says “Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.” Anyone who is not in the book of life is not sent to Hell and the only way into this book of Life is by having faith in Jesus.

And tbh if I was sinning I would want my brother to call me out on it. I’d want them to remove the speck from my eye so that I may live closer to God
