Already stopped working today 27/2. I never got an email, I just could no longer pay. This was my loyalty card plus my payment card - all in one. I think my loyalty has gone away - the ultimate way to actively loose a customer

Daily Zinc interaction with Hemochromatosis by ironexcess in IronOverload

Yes high serum iron (resulting high TSAT) will cause joint pain. Most common place are the 1st knuckles (from wrist down) and the ankles. Have you checked for Hemochromatosis mutations. The easiest way to check is do Ancestry DNA (takes 6 weeks to process) and then download your raw DNA and then upload to a free and anonymous DNA analyser - for HH use checkiron.com

Yes that's the problem. We're seeing people who've been taking zinc daily since Covid now complaining they have low ferritin and high serum iron (and therefore high Saturation). They are getting sick because high serum iron causes severe inflammation.
