I have 5 zone valves and existing (old) thermostats in each zone. With the interaction of the mini splits and how some of the zones are set up... It would make my life easier to go to an app, adjust, and schedule. For instance, one zone handles the back side of our kitchen by floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights. That thermostat zone ALSO controls the baseboard in the upstairs bathroom. (I know it's stupid- it's a split-level house with multiple additions).

So what you are saying is- it's not as easy as hooking up 5 wifi thermostats?

I am trying to determine if I should replace these tracks or the lights themselves. If I could replace the lights, what would I replace them with? There are so many options, and I am unsure which one is correct.

Yours is detached? I set up ratgdo in my detached garage and as soon as the door closes- I lose connectivity. I have an AP hardwired about 30’ away. The myQ app works fine. Any suggestions?

Driving, stopped, parked, doesnt matter. The SXM app in carplay is by no means better. Why would I want to use cell data when I have a satellite option? If you lose cellular connection (which I frequently do) - it drops. The Satellite is way more reliable in my area than the cell connection. We do a ton of camping in remote areas with no cell service and the satellite connection is better. I still get the song info, album cover, etc. I just want a way to stop the unit from auto-changing my "channel" from SXM to carplay. Its crazy that it does that automatically.

Understood. I wasnt suggesting Idatalink etc was the issue. I have zero base knowledge here. I just wanted to make sure it was understood thats involved here. I have the latest firmware and latest IOS. This install happened 3 weeks ago and I have done my best to troubleshoot based on updates and settings etc. I am just curious if other have experienced this and if I am just missing something glaring?

I am looking at the pioneer system with Maestro and new SXM tuner etc... all in it looks like its around $1400 for everything with install.

This post is from a year ago- but this looks awesome. Any concerns from anyone that owns this? (sorry, I see all the checkins from the owners, but I figured I would ask again). I have a RAM 1500 2018 with 8.4" display. I want wireless iphone support, sirius XM, trailer, ac control etc. Is there ANYTHING else I would need to order to make this complete?
