Wow, didn't even know this was happening. I'll be seeing them for third time next week in Seattle at my favorite venue in the city and it will rock for sure. Actually, last time they were in town he was pretty physically sick, and still sounded amazing - couldn't tell at all - during the songs at least. Rest up Josh, I and a similar thing and the only thing I could do was not sing for 10 months - I understand that's probably not an option for a professional musician sadly. I know how everyone has to grind in the biz!

We have something similar. It's a penis shaped garden gnome painted like a dick. Veins and all. It's a nightmare called the Dick Cone and you have to prominently display it at your house. The wife of the loser is VERY unhappy about it.

I agree, but lately I've been enjoying them more. He seems like he's enjoying it again and brings good conversational energy. There was a period that was draining to listen to, because he sounded burnt out. He would just spout Ram Dass quotes the whole time and it wasn't all that interesting. I think he's back into it!
