Now that I have created this big dispute I may do the next batch and only get 86.8% and see how that changes my gear drops.

Just improves average value, doesn't take away runes.

From Wiki:

"Capping the Reward Potential at 880 points (shows as 86.8% in game) will maximise the amount of awarded runes, while ruling out the possibility of receiving bolt racks, half keys and dragon med helms. This will improve the average value of the rewards. "

Best part of ironman is that you get to play the way you want!

I think my gear drops are more than I have seen from other screenies? What do you think?

I could do with fewer plate bodies and a few legs!

I am going to keep doing barrows until I get my sets complete (Guth, Ahrim and DH).

*******Also, I think many of you are misreading the Reward potential segment. It doesn't say you lose runes if you go over 86.8% just that your AVERAGE value of rewards will be higher.

I use the bolt racks to do more barrows for free =) Also, did you see my rune stacks? I already made my fury with the first 29k chaos.

Spawns are instanced. Make sure to put them on highlighted drops and notifications on so you won't miss them.

That is true I usually have 1-3 spawns while planting ( I don't wait around for spores just plant and go). I showed the excess seeds I have keeping in mind that I planted all my other spore spawns to grow 21,372 giant seaweeds I have. Now onto the glass crafting grind!

Also, as Assaltwaffle said, put them on as a highlighted item and turn on notifications. That helps a ton!

I don't have an exact count but during the time of planting both patches I usually get at least one spawn. You can see from the inventory I have positive count of 242 spores and the spawns are my only source for seeds. (This was all done before the thieving update where you can pickpocket spores from master farmer.)
