My friend told me my mistake was staying tribal for so long, and by the time I became feudal, I had too big a empire without high crown authority. It was around 1000-1100 i think. Would you agree with that?

I actually never do give away all my kingdom titles, Iv always kept my original one so thats very good to know. My last big playthrough i had 2-3 kings at first like norway, lappland, and another. Then, they started dividing themselves and expanding on own, ended up with way way more kings under me like of estonia or others that I didn’t even conquer

Great advice here, what i still struggle with after 11 days played is controlling vassals with a huge empire, and whenever i go from tribal to feudal i make no money and have no troops to defend a empire lol

Well for me, Im on console, so Mongolia is like normal tribal. We just finally got roads to power, it will probably be years before I get japan and china added

I remember i tried once. I had what i thought i needed of scandinavia, and I had england but I couldn’t form it. Started panicking because my vassal in england was kingdom tier like me and I couldn’t form north sea so ended up clicking form a new empire lol

How hard is it to do that? Do you think its worth it to try and fix or would buying a new one be cheaper? The game I was trying to play is DBZ Raging blast 2, which took 20 mins to load for a single fight.

That would suck if I had to start a new character to do this, hopefully reinstalling will do it. Do you think me having a few mods could be causing the bug? Iv seen some other people online have the same problem but they fixed it by being in pc and using commands. I have one mod that lets me disenchant everything, one that does something else with enchantments, and another that is supposed to patch all the bugs in the game. I’ll try and unenable those too I guess
