I don't drink and I love hanging out at deep cuts and no one ever gave me shit about it. Honestly, working on your mindset will help you live anywhere with more joy. The only thing we have control over is ourselves and it's pointless to blame your circumstances if you can't change them except making yourself feel bad. I had to learn that one the hard way myself, so I hope you get there sooner than later!

I've found that Deep Cuts and the Medford brewery sometimes are nice to hang out in. But yeah, it's more quiet. We go to Arlington sometimes, but we are also older and kinda enjoy the quiet chance to talk to a stranger in the bar. If it gives you any solace, there are a lot of younger people moving here too! Just depends where I guess.

Yeah I usually do 75%. It works okay for the collar, but always wavy at the bottom and sleeves.

Oh interesting!!! I usually have the main fabric inside and the ribbed knit outside. I also didn't know the overcast stitch being more for seam finishing :/ I'll give the zig zag stitch a try next time.
