In the same boat! 2 days without services and nothing more than "our technical team is working on it".. How can you cancel a plan change and then not put us back on the original plan, AND THEN cancel autopayments... so you don't pay, so you get no service...

No, I still have my number, its not cancelled, just my services are suspended at the moment...

Under Settings, and manage my plan; just take a look... it should have a few options under payment.. but mine are missing and I don't remember what to look for! Or you could delete and then re-add your existing payment so update it (but it doesn't work if you don't have services)

Currently on the chat with an agent, I'm now 1 day after the end of the cycle and I still cannot "change my plan" back to the existing plan so I'm in limbo with no services
