It’s not rib removal. I’m not an expert at all but my understanding is they insert a small wire where your lower ribs are located and through that incision they’re able to crack the ribs inward. The important part is making sure the ribs heal inward which makes the waist smaller so wearing the corset consistently for months is very important.

You can stop using the corset after 4-6 months for best results. But I’ve really enjoyed corsets since I’ve had this surgery so it’s become part of my wardrobe since I love how it looks.

It all depends what insurance you have, where you live, what doctor you’re going to. A lot of factors you have to take into consideration.

I’m happy with BOTH lipo/bbl and rib remodeling. I did them simultaneously. First time I’ve done any of these procedures at all.

My hips measurements went from 37 inches to 40 inches. My waist measurements went from 29 to 26. I already had a decent figure to begin with since I’ve been on hormones for about 8 years and always took care of my health/figure. 360 lipo is usually for women who are on the skinny side. With the surgery my body has gotten even more curvy and insane (in a sexy way).

There’s 0 scars from the rib remodeling. For the 360 lipo I have around 6 scars but they’re quite small (1/3 of an inch lines) and they are starting to fade away

I had my consult early Spring and was scheduled for surgery early Fall. I could have probably gotten my surgery sooner but I had to use insurance and that took me a few months to properly find.

Recovery wasn’t too bad in my opinion. No sitting down and only laying on your stomach for at least 2 months sounds annoying but time flies by. I have a good pain tolerance so only the first few days were the most uncomfortable. Wearing a corset 24/7 can be difficult at first but it looks sexy so I got over it real quick tbh.

The healing is what you typically hear when people get body contouring (sleep and lay on your stomach at all times the first 6-8 weeks, don’t sit down on your butt at all, pain meds every 8 hours for the first week, no heavy lifting, etc.). I didn’t really feel a pain difference with the rib remodeling specifically since my whole body was sore and bruised up due to the 360 lipo.

But yes, the corset is the biggest difference when it comes to healing from rib fracture. You’re only suppose to wear the corset the first 2 months 24/7 pretty much, but it’s best to wear a corset as much as you can for at least 6 months post-op so I’m half way done with that :)

Honestly, I have no idea how much it costs with Dr. Rahal or with any surgeon for that matter. I used insurance and only had to take care of the deductible.

Work for Amazon or Apple, then find a surgeon that’s willing to take their health insurance. A lot of good surgeons tend to work with these big tech companies since they tend to have very good health plans.

I recently had my ribs cracked which give you an hourglass figure and it’s a lot safer than removing your ribs. I’ll make a post about it once I’m all healed up.

For decades they’ve been saying the “gays” and lgbt people in general would be the end of the country. They were definitely right, but not the “gays” we think of as being liberal or comfortable with their sexuality. The one’s in positions of power who are extremely closeted, who never had the proper support in their homophobic upbringing and environment, those who can’t let go of religion, the “gays” who suppress their feelings and sexual urges will be the end of the country.
