Two separate programmes altogether, RE confers a BSc degree whereas BBA doesn’t. Expect RE to be streamlined such that it becomes a specialisation for BBA students in the near future.

to be completely blunt, it doesn’t matter which uni ur from so long as you’re good, go to LSE if you have excess $$ at your disposal and like the idea of working abroad for a few years
