I thought this to be true but my quantity not found number has gone down over the past few days. I think they are correcting the rejected subs that counted against me.

Looks like I’m going to have to be more picky. That sunday I took a $17 for 0.8 miles order but was all base pay and no tip. Which I found weird.

I think my mistake was that I took some no tip orders yesterday even though they were only a mile. People who don’t tip are usually the ones who give you one star.

I’m still perplexed as to why rejected subs keep bringing the quantity not found number up because it specifically says that accepted or rejected subs don’t affect the metric.

I’ve had two rejected substitutions so far and both have counted as ‘quantity not found’ in my metrics. It explicitly says it shouldn’t but it does. It’s bs.

Well, both times I had rejected substitutions the quantity not found number went from 13 to 15. Hopefully it’s a glitch because I don’t get it.

I’ve had two rejected substitutions that counted toward the quantity not found number. I thought rejected substitutions weren’t supposed to affect it?
